# Non-Negotiable Contractual Points

At times, clients may negotiate or have questions/queries in regards to our contracts. While there is room for negotiation on certain clauses or points, there are certain items that cannot be negotiated:

* Any clause involving liability
* Confidentiality Agreement
* Any suggestion about penalties or any type of financial guarantee
* Specifically:
  * Licensing
  * Limitations of Liability
  * Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy
  * Intellectual Property Rights
  * Termination Terms
